The Art Of Opening Up To One Another LIVE Online Workshop

Teaching people the ‘art’ of opening up to one another is one of the fundamental techniques that I teach my clients, but not only do I teach them how to share, I also teach them how to listen to one another and support each other, and use vulnerability as a tool for strengthening their relationship. In my workshop, that is exactly what I will be teaching you, too.

Eeeek! It’s scary talking about sex!

Opening up to one another comes from a place of vulnerability, and being vulnerable is scary! I’ve been there, I know how nerve-wracking it is, and regardless of whether you are the one asking, ‘babe, I’d really like to try…’ or the one on the receiving end thinking, ‘OMG, that sounds really scary, and I don’t know how I feel about it’ one thing is for certain; it’s scary, it’s uncomfortable and sometimes and you can’t always be sure where it will land you!

The best form of communication is the type that stems from a place of vulnerability; fear, insecurity, wants, needs, and sexual desire all come from the same place. However, talking about your desires and fantasies, worries and fears is a big step and one that we all have to take if we want to explore sexually within our relationships.

And talking about sex with your partner also includes the risk of rejection. And no one wants that!

When it comes to relationships and facing potential rejection from our partners, it all becomes a lot more scary and personal.

But don’t worry, that’s why I am here: to teach you how to open up to one another, how to overcome the fear of rejection, and gain some understanding of what your partner might be experiencing and what can happen in your relationship when you have these conversations.

Spoiler alert. It’s all positive.

This workshop is hosted by me, Rosie Kay, and is open to anyone who wants to learn how to open up to their partner, regardless of whether they are Ethically non-monogamous or not. You do not have to be a swinger to attend, as what I teach is applicable to all relationships.

The workshop takes place on Zoom and will last for approximately 1 hour.  You do not have to turn your camera on if you don’t wish to. There is no expectation to take part or be ‘seen’. But you are more than welcome to ask questions at the end. Once you have purchased your ticket, you will receive an email with a PDF link containing the Zoom Call details.

Not going to make it but still want to attend? I will be recording this workshop and releasing it via email to all who purchase a ticket.
